Y m.E., Inmunofenot\u00edpico con ac linfohistiocitarios, biodin\u00e1mico con ac de proliferaci\u00f3n y de ploid\u00eda con citometr\u00eda est\u00e1tica y de flujo (cme;cmf) con material parafinado de 30 linfomas caninos. Se compara con tejido felino y material antiguo.  dentro de los resultados, en la cl\u00ednica s\u00f3lo tiene valor pron\u00f3stico la afectaci\u00f3n hep\u00e1tica, con peor evoluci\u00f3n. El tipo de crecimiento en tejido linfoide es homog\u00e9neo s\u00f3lido y friable (difuso de alto grado al m.O.). La citolog\u00eda fue de alto grado con un 43,3% de linfobl\u00e1sticos, un 33,3% de inmunobl\u00e1sticos, un 16,6% de centrobl\u00e1sticos y un 6,6% de presentaciones extranodales, uno cut\u00e1neo t y un intestinal b plasmabl\u00e1stico. de todo el panel de ac, han sido satisfactorios el cd79a, cadenas k\/l, cd3, s100, pc10 y mib1. Hubo resultados hom\u00f3logos para ambos ac. De proliferaci\u00f3n seg\u00fan histolog\u00eda, estirpe, en global o con material retrospectivo. Con cme el 40% fue diploide y el 53,3% aneuploide; con cmf el 46,6% fuediploide y el 43,3% aneuploide. la proliferaci\u00f3n con pc10 tiene valor pron\u00f3stico y se relaciona con el indice de cmf.
