De una parte, se analizan las distintas f\u00f3rmulas flexibilizadoras al alcance de las organizaciones y, de otra, se realiza una investigaci\u00f3n de mercados para conocer el grado de implantaci\u00f3n de las mismas entre los hoteles de la costa del sol. Para ello el trabajo se ha estructurado en cuatro partes claramente diferenciadas, integradoras de los ocho cap\u00edtulos que conforman la tesis. En la parte i, la flexibilidad en las organizaciones, integrada por el cap\u00edtulo 1, se ve la necesidad de dotar de flexibilidad a las organizaciones, dados los cambios a que se est\u00e1n viendo sometidas las mismas; en la parte ii, la flexibilidad num\u00e9rica, que consta de los cap\u00edtulos 2, 3 y 4, se abordan la flexibilidad contractual, el outsourcing y las empresas de trabajo temporal; en la parte iii, la flexibilidad interna, constituida por los cap\u00edtulos 5, 6 y 7, se estudian la flexibilidad salarial, la flexibilidad funcional y geogr\u00e1fica y el tiempo de trabajo, para, finalmente, en la parte iv, estudio emp\u00edrico sobre el nivel de implantaci\u00f3n de la flexibilidad en los hoteles de la costa del sol, integrada por el cap\u00edtulo ocho, se
