El factor de concentraci\u00f3n, cf, se sit\u00faa en torno a 50 y puede predecirse mediante la ecuaci\u00f3n de nernst. En deficiencia de k+ la incorporaci\u00f3n de 137cs+ es muy r\u00e1pida y el cf es 25 veces mayor. La incorporaci\u00f3n en este \u00faltimo caso tiene lugar a trav\u00e9s de un transporte activo secundario.  en deficiencia de k+, el 137cs+ es incorporado a trav\u00e9s de un transporte activo, mediante un cotransporte impulsado por h+ que es capaz de transportar en orden de mayor a menor eficiencia a k+, rb+ y cs+; sin embargo, no transporta na+.  la cin\u00e9tica de incorporaci\u00f3n de 137cs+ es bif\u00e1sica. En deficiencia de k+ la cin\u00e9tica de incorporaci\u00f3n es de michaelis-menten con una km=16.4+-5.6 y con una vmax=1..9+-0.2  mol cs+ g-1 h-1. En suficiencia de k+ la cin\u00e9tica de incorporaci\u00f3n es lineal. El tr\u00e1nsito de una cin\u00e9tica a otra tiene lugar a una concentraci\u00f3n externa de k+ de 0.1 mm.  en un rango de ph del medio externo desde 6.5 a 9.0 no se observan diferencias en la velocidad inicial de incorporaci\u00f3n de 137 cs+ ni en el cf de r. Fluitans sometida a suficiencia de k+. En cambio en deficiencia se observa velocidades de incorporaci\u00f3n cuatro veces mayores a phs menores de 7.5 con respecto a mayores de 7.5. El factor de concentraci\u00f3n es m\u00e1ximo a ph 7.5 y m\u00ednimo a phs m\u00e1s \u00e1cidos o b\u00e1sicos.  en un rango de pna del medio externo desde 2 a 6 se observan diferencias significativas en la velocidad inicial de incorporaci\u00f3n de 137cs en r. fluitans tanto para suficiencia como para deficiencia de k+, en ambos casos \u00e9stas se incrementa a medida que se reduce la actividad externa de na+. En suficiencia de k+ el cf tambi\u00e9n se reduce cuando se incrementa la actividad externa de na+. En deficiencia de k+ el cf es elevado para actividades externas de na+ menores de 0.1 mm, pero se reduce dr\u00e1sticamente por encima de esta actividad.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
