<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La espectrometr\u00eda \u00f3ptica de emisi\u00f3n de plasmas l\u00e1ser (libs) se plante\u00f3 desde su descubrimiento como una potente herramienta microanal\u00edtica y una alternativa a los procedimientos de \u00e1nalisis directo (no preparativos) existentes hasta la fecha.  el objeto de la presente memoria ha sido profundizar en el estudio de la t\u00e9cnica libs y en su aplicaci\u00f3n como t\u00e9cnica de superficies e interfases. se han desarrollado diversos estudios encaminados a encontrar las condiciones en que la t\u00e9cnica trabajar en el \u00e1mbito del an\u00e1lisis de superficies, definir las variables experimentales que definen su acci\u00f3n y de establecer el rendimiento comparado de la t\u00e9cnica con el de otras t\u00e9cnicas de
