La segunda parte versa sobre las delimitaciones conceptuales y los aspectos estrat\u00e9gicos desde la comunicaci\u00f3n de marketing. La tercera parte aplica el mismo esquema para el caso espa\u00f1ol (especialmente intrincado aqu\u00ed se presenta el debate sobre las implicaciones jur\u00eddicas). Por \u00faltimo, el ep\u00edlogo desarrolla una contextualizaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s gen\u00e9rica del objeto de estudio a partir de los rasgos que se han descrito como prominentes de la cultura
