El an\u00e1lisis se realiza en aire a presi\u00f3n atmosf\u00e9rica, para lo cual se investigan los inconvenientes de trabajar en este medio, estudi\u00e1ndose las interferencias observadas en muestras de pmma. La resoluci\u00f3n temporal y espacial de los plasmas se confirman como estreteg\u00edas v\u00e1lidas y complementarias para realizar an\u00e1lisis en aire sin necesidad de trabajar bajo condiciones de atm\u00f3sfera controlada. el estudio sistem\u00e1tico de distintas variables, incluyendo la interacci\u00f3n l\u00e1ser-materia y el diagn\u00f3stico de plasmas de silicio permiti\u00f3 determinar las condiciones experimentales \u00f3ptimas para el an\u00e1lisis de este tipo de semiconductores. los resultados obtenidos muestran la capacidad de la t\u00e9cnica libs para el an\u00e1lisis cualitativo y cuantitativo de perfiles de profundidad de f\u00f3sforo en obleas de silicio. Por otra parte, el m\u00e9todo utilizado para la determinaci\u00f3n cuantitativa, basado en la integraci\u00f3n de la se\u00f1al en intervalos equivalentes a la profundidad por pulso, se presenta como una herramienta satisfactoria que podr\u00eda ser aplicada para la cuantificaci\u00f3n de perfiles de profundidad de otros elementos.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis
