Para realizar el ajuste salino, se compara el m\u00e9todo tradicional de tanteo, con el m\u00e9todo matem\u00e1tico del simplex, utilizado para resolver problemas de programaci\u00f3n lineal, consiguiendo automatizar los c\u00e1lculos con el programa linear interactive discrete optimizer. As\u00ed, se obtiene un medio de cultivo espec\u00edfico para cada material vegetal. La validez de los medios de cultivo espec\u00edficos creados con este m\u00e9todo, se demostr\u00f3 comparando la fase de proliferaci\u00f3n de seis h\u00edbridos melocotonero-almendro seleccionados por el departamento de fruticultura del cida (murcia) y el ciruelos adara, con respecto al medio ms. A continuaci\u00f3n se determinan las condiciones \u00f3ptimas para la micropropagaci\u00f3n de la selecci\u00f3n cida h\u00edbrido melocotonero-almendro mayor estudiando las fases de establecimiento,
