Para ello desarrollamos algoritmos num\u00e9ricos para la obtenci\u00f3n del espectro de estados de m\u00ednima energ\u00eda. Usando estos estados estudiamos las propiedades no erg\u00f3dicas en estos materiales a temperaturas muy bajas. Concretamente vemos c\u00f3mo se manifiestan estas propiedades en el calor espec\u00edfico. Posteriormente, obtenemos una expresi\u00f3n anal\u00edtica para la susceptibilidad el\u00e9ctrica. Esta expresi\u00f3n la evaluamos num\u00e9ricamente en funci\u00f3n de la temperatura y de la frecuencia. La susceptibilidad el\u00e9ctrica la relacionamos con la conductividad en corriente continua y obtenemos la temperatura caracter\u00edstica dada en la ley de efros-shklovskii. finalmente, estudiamos las transiciones de fase para diferentes modelos de los vidrios de coulomb, obteniendo en uno de ellos una transici\u00f3n de fase de segundo orden con una l\u00ednea de puntos cr\u00edticos en la
