Aoria Teresa <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se han propuesto m\u00e9todos de an\u00e1lisis por inyecci\u00f3n en flujo para la evaluaci\u00f3n de diversos compuestos de inter\u00e9s terap\u00e9utico. las sustancias objeto de estudio han sido: el expectorante ambroxol y el antiinflamatorio diclofenaco, capaces de formar con ciertos colorantes compuestos de asociaci\u00f3n i\u00f3nica f\u00e1cilmente extra\u00edbles en disolventes org\u00e1nicos; el agente antiviral aciclovir, que en medios organizados convenientes presenta una intensa fluorescencia; el tiopronin, especie utilizada en el tratamiento de enfermedades hep\u00e1ticas, que puede experimentar un proceso quimioluminiscente sensibilizado; varias fenotiacinas de inter\u00e9s farmacol\u00f3gico (clorpromacina, trimepracina y trifluoperacina) que en condiciones adecuadas pueden oxidarse por acci\u00f3n del hierro (iii), siendo posible acoplar este proceso con la emisi\u00f3n quimio-luminiscente del luminol cuando se oxida por el ox\u00edgeno; finalmente, se han realizado estudios fotoqu\u00edmicos en los que se desarrollan procedimientos que permiten la determinaci\u00f3n de rutina y de vitaminas b2, la primera sustancia trav\u00e9s de un proceso de inhibici\u00f3n y en el caso de las vitaminas mediante la hibridaci\u00f3n de procesos fotoqu\u00edmicos y quimioluminiscentes. los resultados obtenidos al aplicar los diferentes m\u00e9todos a la determinaci\u00f3n de los analitos son excelentes, como se ha podido comprobar al analizar diversos preparados farmac\u00e9uticos.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral \u00ab<strong>Nuevos metodos de analisis por inyeccion en flujo para la determinacion de compuestos de interes farmaceutico.<\/strong>\u00ab<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>T\u00edtulo de la tesis:<\/strong>\u00a0 Nuevos metodos de analisis por inyeccion en flujo para la determinacion de compuestos de interes farmaceutico. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Autor:<\/strong>\u00a0  San Miguel Zamora M.
