{"id":40233,"date":"1999-01-01T00:00:00","date_gmt":"1999-01-01T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/repercusiones-metabolicas-de-los-acidos-grasos-trans-de-la-dieta-sobre-el-desarrollo-y-la-composicion-tisular-en-la-rata\/"},"modified":"1999-01-01T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"1999-01-01T00:00:00","slug":"repercusiones-metabolicas-de-los-acidos-grasos-trans-de-la-dieta-sobre-el-desarrollo-y-la-composicion-tisular-en-la-rata","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/ciencias-medicas\/repercusiones-metabolicas-de-los-acidos-grasos-trans-de-la-dieta-sobre-el-desarrollo-y-la-composicion-tisular-en-la-rata\/","title":{"rendered":"Repercusiones metabolicas de los acidos grasos trans de la dieta sobre el desarrollo y la composicion tisular en la rata."},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Elvira Larque Daza <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os se ha producido un aumento del consumo de alimentos elaborados con grasas vegetales hidrogenadas, que incluyen en su composici\u00f3n cantidades importantes de \u00e1cidos grasos trans. estos \u00e1cidos grasos trans, a pesar de no ser \u00e1cidos grasos fisiol\u00f3gicos, se sabe que se absorben y se incorporan en los tejidos y membranas celulares, con consecuencias metab\u00f3licas todav\u00eda desconocidas. los objetivos del siguiente estudio se han centrado en conocer: las proporciones de incorporaci\u00f3n de los \u00e1cidos grasos trans de la dieta y los cambios que originan sobre el perfil lip\u00eddico total de distintos tejidos y fluidos fisiol\u00f3gicos; sus efectos sobre la transferencia materno-fetal, durante la gestaci\u00f3n, de \u00e1cidos grasos poliinsaturados de cadena larga que son indispensables para un adecuado desarrollo neuronal en el feto; las posibles alteraciones en la actividad delta-6 \u00e1cido graso desaturasa hep\u00e1tica, enzima clave en la bios\u00edntesis de \u00e1cidos grasos poliinsaturados de cadena larga; los efectos que originan sobre la funcionalidad de las membranas biol\u00f3gicas, para lo cual se determin\u00f3 la fluidez y actividad de algunas enzimas asociadas a la membranas como las disacaridasas intestinales y la glucosa-6-fosfatasa; y en \u00faltimo lugar, determinar los posibles efectos de estos \u00e1cidos grasos sobre par\u00e1metros de funcionalidad general del organismo, as\u00ed como sobre los niveles plasm\u00e1ticos de colesterol. Para ello se utilizaron ratas wistar que fueron alimentados con tres dietas que conten\u00edan distintas proporciones de \u00e1cidos grasos trans (control 0%, dieta a 3.6% y dieta b 6.2% de la energ\u00eda de la dieta) pero que pose\u00edan las mismas cantidades de \u00e1cidos grasos esenciales en todas ellas (4% 18:2 n-6 y 0.6% energ\u00eda de 18:3 n-3) durante el per\u00edodo adulto, gestaci\u00f3n y lactancia (total de 19 semanas). conclusiones: durante la gestaci\u00f3n, la lactancia y el desarrollo postnatal, los \u00e1cidos grasos trans de la dieta
