{"id":40342,"date":"1999-01-01T00:00:00","date_gmt":"1999-01-01T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/estres-oxidativo-en-el-transporte-ortotopico-de-higado\/"},"modified":"1999-01-01T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"1999-01-01T00:00:00","slug":"estres-oxidativo-en-el-transporte-ortotopico-de-higado","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/ciencias-medicas\/estres-oxidativo-en-el-transporte-ortotopico-de-higado\/","title":{"rendered":"Estres oxidativo en el transporte ortotopico de higado."},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Enrique Serrano Santos <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Durante el proceso de reperfusi\u00f3n en el trasplante ortot\u00f3pico de h\u00edgado (toh) se produce una amplia variedad de radicales libres de ox\u00edgeno (rlo), cuyo origen parace estar vinculado a que durante el proceso de isquemia se producen dos fen\u00f3menos de enorme trascendencia: la deplecci\u00f3n de atp intracelular y su transformaci\u00f3n hasta hipoxantina, y la oxidaci\u00f3n de la enzima de membrana xantina deshidrogenasa a xantina oxidasa. Esta enzima utiliza a la hipoxantina de substrato, y el ox\u00edgeno molecular que proviene del flujo sangu\u00edneo de la reperfusi\u00f3n como aceptor de electrones, convirtiendo el ox\u00edgeno en ani\u00f3n super\u00f3xido. en condiciones normales, existe una serie de sistemas antioxidantes end\u00f3genos, pero en los procesos de reperfusi\u00f3n la rapidez y cantidad con que se forman los rlo, desbordan la capacidad antioxidante celular y surgen los procesos de estr\u00e9s oxidativo. Nuestro primer objetivo fue comprobar si durante la reperfusi\u00f3n, en el toh, existe estr\u00e9s oxidativo. De los resultados obtenidos, observamos como durante los primeros minutos tras la reperfusi\u00f3n se produce un desequilibrio del estado redox del plasma, lo que estba de acuerdo con la hip\u00f3tesis de que se produce un estallido de radicales super\u00f3xido al revascularizar el injerto. El segundo objetivo ha sido el determinar si el tiempo de isquema al cual se somete el \u00f3rgano a trasplantar se correlaciona con la intensidad del estr\u00e9s oxidativo producido como consecuencia de la reperfusi\u00f3n del injerto. Nuestros resultados demuestran como la duraci\u00f3n del tiempo de isquemia se relaciona con el grado de desequilibrio del estado redox plasm\u00e1tico causado por formaci\u00f3n de radicales intermediarios del ox\u00edgeno en los primeros minutos tras la reperfusi\u00f3n. El tercer objetivo ha sico correlacionar la intensidad del estr\u00e9s oxidativo producido como consecuencia de la reperfusi\u00f3n del injerto con la restauraci\u00f3n de la funci\u00f3n
