Perez Campo <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El presente trabajo se ha centrado en la consecuci\u00f3n de dos objetivos principales relacionados con el proceso dim\u00f3rfico en yarrowia liplytica. En primer lugar hemos descrito la importancia del suero como inductor de la transici\u00f3n dim\u00f3rfica en este organismo, demostrando que el suero induce una transici\u00f3n m\u00e1s activa y m\u00e1s estable en presencia de glucosa que la inducida por n-acetilglucosamina. El segundo objetivo consisti\u00f3 en el aislamiento de genes implicados en el dimorfismo, para lo cual se siguieron dos aproximaciones experimentales diferentes. Por complementaci\u00f3n de una cepa levaduriforme de y.Lipolytica con una librer\u00eda g\u00e9nica se aisl\u00f3 el gen pem1, que codifica una fosfatidiletanolamina-n-metiltransferasa, enzima implicada en la bios\u00edntesis de fosfatidilcolina. utilizando otra aproximaci\u00f3n experimental diferente se aisl\u00f3 el gen mgf1 de y.Lipolytica, que codifica una prote\u00edna perteneciente a la familia apses de prote\u00ednas de hongos.
