La caracterizaci\u00f3n de la preparaci\u00f3n se realiza mediante la determinaci\u00f3n de la composici\u00f3n cualitativa y cuantitativa (m\u00fasculo 72,5%), hueso (12,7%) y piel (14,7%), la determinaci\u00f3n de flujos regionales a cada tejido (82,52%) del flujo total irriga m\u00fasculo, 10,25% hueso y 6,30% piel y la caracterizaci\u00f3n de los espacios tisulares vascular (1 ml), intersticial (5,47 ml) y celular (8,40 ml).  el modelo experimental se aplic\u00f3 al estudio de la cin\u00e9tica de distribuci\u00f3n de 2 quinolanas (ciprofloxacino y ofloxacino) con amplia distribuci\u00f3n tisular.  dicho modelo farmacocin\u00e9tico-fisiol\u00f3gico permite concluir que la uni\u00f3n y liberaci\u00f3n a estructuras tisulares junto con la permeabilidad de la membrana vascular son los procesos fundamentales de la cin\u00e9tica de distribuci\u00f3n para estos f\u00e1rmacos. el car\u00e1cter fisiol\u00f3gico del modelo hace posible su extrapolaci\u00f3n en diferentes
