Para el estudio de la variabilidad temporal, se desarrolla un modelo temporal, local, centrado en los datos que proporciona las oscilaciones significativas, estables e independientes del m\u00e9todo de an\u00e1lisis espectral utilizado. Se estudia el resultado de la aplicaci\u00f3n del modelo a los periodos estacionales de invierno, primavera y oto\u00f1o, y se justifica mediante un estudio de coherencia con distintos \u00edndices clim\u00e1ticos. Para el estudio de variabilidad espacial se obtienen regionalizaciones dadas por el m\u00e9todo de an\u00e1lisis de componentes principales y se comparan con las distribuciones espaciales de los \u00edndices teleconectivos. Se desarrolla un modelo regional que incorpora la informaci\u00f3n espacio-temporal y la dada por los \u00edndices, y se estudian las predicciones de precipitaci\u00f3n para 1998 dadas pro el modelo
