Desde el 14.15,16-triol derivado se obtiene protegiendo 1,2 dioles, las cuatro 14-droxi-16,15 ent-halimanolidas y la 16,15-enti-halimenolida, y protegiendo 1,3 dioles, las cuatro 14-hidroxi-15,16-ent-halimanolidas. desde el 16-hidroxi-13-oxo-14,15-dinorderivado, por reacci\u00f3n de reformatsky, se sintetiza la 13-hidroxi-15,16-ent-halimanolida, y por adici\u00f3n de la cetena de bestmann, la 15,16-ent-balimenolida, desde la que, por fotooxidaci\u00f3n del furanoderivado correspondiente se obtiene la 16-hidroxi-15,16-ent-halimenolida. Se estudia la reactividad del anillo a en norderivados del \u00e1cido ent-hal\u00edmico, consiguiendo epoxidar el doble enlace 1(10) diasteroselectivamente con uhp\/atfa, obteni\u00e9ndose beta-ep\u00f3xidos, lo que permite una f\u00e1cil funcionalizaci\u00f3n de dicha parte de la mol\u00e9cula, sintetiz\u00e1ndose compuestos altamente oxigenados. por otro lado, se logra, por primera vez, la transformaci\u00f3n de un compuesto con esqueleto ent-halimano en otro con esqueleto ent-labdano.  se presentan los datos de las pruebas de actividad biol\u00f3gica realizadas con compuestos
