Mercedes <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se ha preparado un receptor con esqueleto de xantona que incluye un grupo quanidinio en su esqueleto. Debido a la acidez de este grupo no ha sido posible asociar carboxilatos. Su base conjugada ha permitido obtener un receptor para \u00e1cidos carbox\u00edlicos extraordinariamente selectivo con respecto a la asociaci\u00f3n de amidas primarias. La utilizaci\u00f3n de una funci\u00f3n urea en lugar de la guanidinia anterior permite obtener un nuevo receptor para carboxilatos. Para obtener reconocimiento quiral se han preparado una serie de receptores asim\u00e9tricos. en primer lugar se sintetizar\u00f3n varios receptores con espaciador tipo difenilmetano o benzofenona y una funci\u00f3n monofosfonamida, presentando alguno de ellos peque\u00f1os reconocimientos quirales con dilactamas. La mezcla rac\u00e9nica de uno de ellos se separa por ccf preparativa impregnada del h\u00faesped quiral, midiendo las constantes de cada encenti\u00f3mero. La s\u00edntesis de un nuevo receptor rac\u00e9mico permite obtener un alto valor de reconocimiento quiral con el s-carbonoil l\u00e1ctico, obteni\u00e9ndose un valor de 90.
