Para ello, se construye un hamiltoniano efectivo de rotaci\u00f3n entre la especie confinada y el fullereno c60. adem\u00e1s, el potencial de interacci\u00f3n encontrado es v\u00e1lido, tanto para \u00e1tomos con posici\u00f3n de equilibrio exc\u00e9ntrica como para mol\u00e9culas diat\u00f3micas, resolviendo este hamiltoniano se obtiene las energ\u00edas y funciones de onda de estos complejos, dando lugar dos tipos de sistemas: a) movimientos de rotaci\u00f3n cuasilibre (complejos de baja anisotrop\u00eda), b) movimientos libracionales (complejos de alta anisotrop\u00eda). Como aplicaci\u00f3n de estos resultados se predicen los espectros de rotaci\u00f3n pura, a baja temperatura, de dipolo el\u00e9ctrico y dispersi\u00f3n raman, observando que los sistemas menos anis\u00f3tropos presentan oscilaciones t\u00edpicas de 2b (dipolo el\u00e9ctrico) y 4b (raman), y bandas libracionales para los m\u00e1s anis\u00f3tropos.
