En lo dos primeros cap\u00edtulos dedicados a las nanoestructuras de gaas se plantea una ecuaci\u00f3n de masa efectiva con un potencial hartree dependiente del tiempo. este modelo se integra num\u00e9ricamente obteniendo informaci\u00f3n din\u00e1mica de la densidad de carga confinada en el doble pozo cu\u00e1ntico. en el cap\u00edtulo 3, se propone un modelo de enlace fuerte para poder estudiar el efecto t\u00fanel entre los nanocristales de silicio, teniendo en cuenta distintos acoples geom\u00e9tricos. En el cap\u00edtulo 4 se trata de estudiar el efecto t\u00fanel entre dos nanocristales teniendo en cuenta los efectos de la interacci\u00f3n electr\u00f3n-electr\u00f3n. Para ello se aplica el modelo del cap\u00edtulo 1 al silicio poroso. en el caso del gaas se ha estudiado la posibilidad de suprimir la corriente de efecto t\u00fanel debido a la no linealidad de la ecuaci\u00f3n de schrodinger. En el silicio poroso se ha estudiado la dependencia de la conductividad con la corriente alterna y la supresi\u00f3n de la fotoluminiscencia con el campo el\u00e9ctrico
