Nos plantea un nuevo sistema de evaluaci\u00f3n fetal, de f\u00e1cil ejecuci\u00f3n e interpretaci\u00f3n. Contin\u00faa siendo en la obstetricia moderna la evaluaci\u00f3n del bienestar fetal en fases precoces, antes de que ocurran eventos hemodin\u00e1micos y fisiopatol\u00f3gicos que sean ya irreversibles y diagnosticables de forma grosera, con los medios de vigilancia habituales. Este trabajo permite poner al alcance del obstetra cl\u00ednico, m\u00e9todos de determinaci\u00f3n del comportamiento fetal que pueden ser \u00fatiles como signo de alarma, como son la introducci\u00f3n en el test de manning de dos variables \u00fatiles como signo de alarma como son la respiraci\u00f3n fetal sincr\u00f3nica y la cuantificaci\u00f3n de la reactividad som\u00e1tica fetal.
