{"id":40616,"date":"1999-01-01T00:00:00","date_gmt":"1999-01-01T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/engrosamiento-intimal-en-patologia-humana-y-experimental\/"},"modified":"1999-01-01T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"1999-01-01T00:00:00","slug":"engrosamiento-intimal-en-patologia-humana-y-experimental","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/ciencias-medicas\/engrosamiento-intimal-en-patologia-humana-y-experimental\/","title":{"rendered":"Engrosamiento intimal en patolog\u00eda humana y experimental."},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Armando Pedro Betancort Vera <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En este trabajo se ha pretendido comparar las caracter\u00edsticas del engrosamiento intimal (e.I.) observado en patolog\u00eda humana con el generado en distintos modelos experimentales (combinaci\u00f3n de lesi\u00f3n isqu\u00e9mica (aislamiento entre doble ligadura) con desendotelizaci\u00f3n arterial y dieta ater\u00f3gena), empleando a la rata albina de la raza sprague-dawley como animal de experimentaci\u00f3n.  se ha estudiado la incidencia y caracter\u00edsticas de e.I. En procesos inflamatorios cr\u00f3nicos y tumorales, utilizando ves\u00edculas biliares con procesos de colecistitis cr\u00f3nicas y segmentos de intestino grueso. En las piezas de ves\u00edcula biliar, se estudiaron un total de 855 arterias, de las cuales 434 presentaron e.I., Lo que represent\u00f3 el 50.8%. En las piezas de colon se analizaron 457 arterias de las que un 28% mostraron e.I. asimismo, en el 58,9% de los casos examinados se increment\u00f3 la microcirculaci\u00f3n adventicial en las zonas con engrosamiento intimal. Las t\u00e9cnicas hist\u00f3logicas empleadas fueron h-e, t. De masson, inmunohistoq\u00edmicas y ultraestructurales.  en ambas situaciones estudiadas, el engrosamiento intimal mostr\u00f3 similares variaciones en la intensidad, disposici\u00f3n y morfolog\u00eda, ultraestructurales e inmunohistoqu\u00edmicas, equiparables con respecto a las descritas en la literatura en otros territorios org\u00e1nicos, por diferentes o similares causas. Se concluye que el e.I. Corresponde a una respuesta general e inespec\u00edfica de la pared arterial y que parece tener un origen mutilfactorial.  en el apartado experimental la 1a serie se realiz\u00f3 con la intenci\u00f3n de hacer un seguimiento temporo-espacial de los fen\u00f3menos conducentes a la instauraci\u00f3n de un e.I.
