{"id":40636,"date":"1999-01-01T00:00:00","date_gmt":"1999-01-01T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/alcaloides-diterpenicos-de-la-especie-consolida-orientalis-gay-schodinguer-subsp-orientalis-ranunculaceae\/"},"modified":"1999-01-01T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"1999-01-01T00:00:00","slug":"alcaloides-diterpenicos-de-la-especie-consolida-orientalis-gay-schodinguer-subsp-orientalis-ranunculaceae","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/quimica\/alcaloides-diterpenicos-de-la-especie-consolida-orientalis-gay-schodinguer-subsp-orientalis-ranunculaceae\/","title":{"rendered":"Alcaloides diterpenicos de la especie consolida orientalis (gay) schodinguer subsp. orientalis (ranunculaceae)."},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong>  Alva Arevalo Alenguer Geronimo <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>De la parte a\u00e9rea de la especie consolida orientalis, plantas recolectadas en turqu\u00eda, guadalajara y teruel, logr\u00e1ndose aislar cuarentaitres alcaloides, mediante t\u00e9cnicas cromatogr\u00e1ficas. la estructuras fueron determinadas a partir de estudios espectrosc\u00f3picos, y en algunos casos fueron firmemente establecidas mediante s\u00edntesis parcial.  dieciseis fueron los alcaloides no descritos en la literatura; de las plantas recolectadas en turqu\u00eda: la dehidrodeltatsina, 14-o-acetil-8-o-metilconsolarina, 14-l-acetiltakaosamina y 18-o-demetilpubescenina; de las plantas recolectadas en guadalajara: la 14-o-acetiltakaosamina, 8-o-metilconsolarina, 18-o-benzoil-18-o-demetil-14-o-deacetilpubescenina, 14-o-benzoiltakaosamina, 14-o-demetiltuguaconitina, 14-o-demetildelboxina, aragonina, aragonidina, alcaloide a y alcaloide b; de las plantas recolectadas en teruel: 1-o-demetiltricornina, dehidrotakaosamina y 2-o-benzoilvakhmatina. Los alcaloides aragonina y aragonidina son los primeros alcaloides con esqueleto atisina funcionalizados en el c-5.  los resultados nos permiten correlacionar fitoqu\u00edmicamente a la c. Orientalis con los c. Hohenackeri, a. Monticola, a. Sibiricum, d. Bonvalotii, c. Pubescens, c. Oliverieana, c. Armeniaca y d. Peregrimum, toda vez que \u00fanicamente de estas especies han sido aislados alcaloides bisnorditerp\u00e9nicos y alcaloides que poseen la esteroqu\u00edmica c-6alfaoh. As\u00ed mismo, los alcaloides c-6betaome derivan biog\u00e9neticamente de la takaosamina y los alcaloides c-6alfaoh de la 8-o-metilconsolarina, mediante acilaciones, metilaciones, hidroxilaciones y oxidaciones.  se propone un posible mecanismo para la reacci\u00f3n de oxidaci\u00f3n con yodo de alcaloides norditerp\u00e9nicos del tipo lycoctonina. A diferencia de los propuesto hasta la fecha la estereoqu\u00edmica en c-6 no parece determinante en la evoluci\u00f3n de la reacci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis
