Se estructura y desarrolla un modelo fisico-matematico desde el estudio y analisis de una poblaci\u00f3n hotelera real, en el area de canarias. Se crea y aporta un modelo informatico de trabajo que permite la simulaci\u00f3n del comportamiento de los parametros t\u00e9cnicos hoteleros. Se introduce, como complemento, el frio por absorci\u00f3n y la obtenci\u00f3n de agua sanitaria por desalaci\u00f3n de agua de mar. Se analiza el comportamiento tanto de plantas con turbina de gas como con motores alternativos de combusti\u00f3n interna, para lo que se desarrollan los correspondientes modelos informaticos, con los que se puede simular diversas opciones de plantas de cogeneraci\u00f3n, estableciendo comparaci\u00f3n con las instalaciones convencionales.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis
