{"id":40670,"date":"1999-01-01T00:00:00","date_gmt":"1999-01-01T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/estudio-de-la-angiogenesis-inducida-por-melanoma-en-lecho-irradiado\/"},"modified":"1999-01-01T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"1999-01-01T00:00:00","slug":"estudio-de-la-angiogenesis-inducida-por-melanoma-en-lecho-irradiado","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/ciencias-medicas\/estudio-de-la-angiogenesis-inducida-por-melanoma-en-lecho-irradiado\/","title":{"rendered":"Estudio de la angiogenesis inducida por melanoma en lecho irradiado."},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Jos\u00e9 Gilberto Pe\u00f1ate Gonzalez <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La angiog\u00e9nesis es la producci\u00f3n por parte del organismo de vasos sangu\u00edneos, fundamental tanto en procesos benignos (cicatrizaci\u00f3n) como malignos (neoplasia). en el crecimiento de un tumor se puede distinguir una fase avascular (tumor de hasta 1 mil\u00edmetros y crecimiento lento) y una segunda fase vascular en la que experimenta un crecimiento acelerado en estrecha dependencia con el aporte vascular.  utilizando, como agente inductor del est\u00edmulo angiog\u00e9nico, melanoma b16 f10 (como tumor s\u00f3lido o suspensi\u00f3n celular), como animal de experimentaci\u00f3n, ratones de la cepa c57\/jico y como agente lesivo, las radiaciones ionizantes (80 gy en fracci\u00f3n \u00fanica), el objetivo fue determinar si la irradiaci\u00f3n del lecho receptor (pata posterior derecha), del tejido tumoral (tumor s\u00f3lido o suspensi\u00f3n celular) o de ambos, as\u00ed como cuando se estableci\u00f3 un intervalo entre irradiaci\u00f3n e implante menos de 24 horas \u00f3 1 semana, establec\u00eda variedad en la evoluci\u00f3n del implante tumoral alcanzado a los 14 d\u00edas en los distintos grupos y la presencia de neovasos, tomando muestras para microscop\u00eda \u00f3ptica y electr\u00f3nica.  el crecimiento tumoral y la angiog\u00e9nesis fue menor en los grupos con lecho irradiado frente a control. No se observ\u00f3 influencia en el crecimiento tumoral seg\u00fan el tipo de implante o el intervalo temporal.  la dosis de 80 gy administrada al tumor impidi\u00f3 su crecimiento.  el posible origen
