En este trabajo, se han catalogado 1408 obras, desde principios del siglo xix hasta la actualidad. Se ha estructurado en cuatro apartados, se analizan la significaci\u00f3n terminol\u00f3gica del dibujo (aqu\u00ed se estudia, el dibujo y su evoluci\u00f3n en el tiempo y el dibujo visto por los cr\u00edticos y artistas); las t\u00e9cnicas art\u00edsticas y la conservaci\u00f3n y restauraci\u00f3n; el coleccionismo; as\u00ed como el dibujo en las colecciones canarias (en este \u00faltimo apartado, se estudia el papel de las academias de dibujo, la historia del dibujo en espa\u00f1a y la relaci\u00f3n del dibujo y las revistas literarias). En un segundo volumen se presenta, el cat\u00e1logo razonado, acompa\u00f1ado de una peque\u00f1a biograf\u00eda de los distintos artistas. se completa con una ap\u00e9ndice documental, la
