La caracteristica estructural m\u00e1s importante de estos compuestos es su conformaci\u00f3n toroidal, que delimita una cabidad relativamrnte apolar, mientras que el exterior presenta naturaleza hidr\u00f3fila; gracias a ello, estas mol\u00e9culas son capaces de formar complejo de inclusi\u00f3n tanto en medio liquido como en estado s\u00f3lido. La presente memoria se dedica a la puesta a punto de una t\u00e9cnica \u00fatil para la elaboraci\u00f3n de un polvo libremente soluble de f\u00e1rmaco, mediante complejaci\u00f3n con las cds (&#8212; hp &#8212; y pmcd). asimismo, se lleva a cabo al mismo tiempo la evaluaci\u00f3n del proceso de complejaci\u00f3n mediante una amplia caracterizaci\u00f3n fisico-qu\u00edmica de los sistemas elaborados por diferentes t\u00e9cnicas (estudio de solubilidad, espetroscop\u00eda ultravioleta (uv), 1h rmn, 13c rmn; sem. dsc. Hsm, xrd, ir y modelizaci\u00f3n molecular. Dichos estudios nos permitieron confirmar la existencia de un verdadero compuesto de inclusi\u00f3n.
