Los instrumentos utilizados fueron cuestionarios a todos los maestros que aprobaron la oposici\u00f3n del 94 en andaluc\u00eda de esta especialidad y seis entrevistas a principiantes del entorno de huelva.  con estos datos, dise\u00f1amos un curso de formaci\u00f3n para maetros principiantes que fue el n\u00facleo central de la segunda fase de la investigaci\u00f3n. Este curso tuvo una duraci\u00f3n de tres meses y se dividi\u00f3 en tres partes. una primera de cinco sesiones te\u00f3ricas con una metodolog\u00eda inductiva a trav\u00e9s de un grupo de discusi\u00f3n. La segunda parte la desarrollaron los maestros en sus centros debiendo presentar diarios de sus sesiones y seleccionamos tres casos para ser observados y entrevistados. La tercera fase fueron tres sesiones de evaluaci\u00f3n.  entre las conclusiones de la tesis podemos destacar, por una parte la necesidad de establecer programas de formaci\u00f3n para principiantes por las situaciones conflictivas que surgen durante sus primeras experiencias. por otra parte, algunos de los problemas m\u00e1s significativos de los maestros de educaci\u00f3n f\u00edsica son: la escasez de instalaciones y material, el bajo estatus de la asignatura o la dificultad de organizaci\u00f3n y control de las clases. Por \u00faltimo, entre las estrategias de formaci\u00f3n que se deber\u00edan utilizar, destacan en nuestro estudio los grupos de discusi\u00f3n y los ciclos de supervisi\u00f3n.  descriptores:
