Jose <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Las bacterias hal\u00f3filas moderadas son microorganismos extrem\u00f3filos que habitan en ambientes hipersalinos, siendo capaces de crecer en un amplio rango de salinidades (0,5-25%). Aunque estos microorganismos han sido objeto de numerosos estudios taxon\u00f3micos, fisiol\u00f3gicos o ecol\u00f3gicos, son muy escasos los estudios gen\u00e9ticos realizados en este grupo microbiano, debido a la falta de herramientas gen\u00e9ticas apropiadas. As\u00ed, el objeto de la presente tesis ha sido facilitar la manipulaci\u00f3n gen\u00e9tica de los mismos, estableci\u00e9ndose los marcadores gen\u00e9ticos a utilizar (fundamentalmente, agentes antimicrobianos), dise\u00f1andose los medios de selecci\u00f3n adecuados, y estudi\u00e1ndose los vectores de clonaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s idone\u00f3s (transferencia por conjugaci\u00f3n y estabilidad), \u00fatiles en otras especies bacterianas. Finalmente, se han aplicado a un campo de inter\u00e9s actial los resultados obtenidos en la primera parte del presente trabajo.
