Los per\u00f3xidos se determinaron mediante un reactor de peroxidasa (hrp) inmovilizada no covalentemente sobre esferas de vidrio poroso de tama\u00f1o controlado de poro. El reactor estaba acoplado a un montaje fia y conectado a un espectrofot\u00f3metro. este result\u00f3 ser \u00fatil para la determinaci\u00f3n de per\u00f3xidos en muestras de aceite de oliva, y mediante el uso de ecuaciones proporcionales se pudo determinar concentraciones de mezclas sint\u00e9ticas de per\u00f3xido de hidr\u00f3geno y per\u00f3xido de terbutilo, y de per\u00f3xido de hidr\u00f3geno y per\u00f3xido de benzoilo, basandose en las diferencias de sensibilidad frente a la enzima. los resultados de experimentos de recuperaci\u00f3n de estas mezclas presentaron una precisi\u00f3n y una exactitud satisfactoria. el colesterol, libre se determin\u00f3 en muestras de grasa animal (cerdo) y de aceite de h\u00edgado de bacalao, mediante un reactor bienzim\u00e1tico preparado con 1 mg de colesterol oxidasa (cod) y 1 mg de peroxidasa. El colesterol total se pudo determinar en extractos de grasa o aceite sometidos a un proceso de saponificaci\u00f3n asistida por microondas.  el m\u00e9todo enzim\u00e1tico propuesto, as\u00ed como el m\u00e9todo de saponificaci\u00f3n por microondas proporcionaron resultados precisos y comparables en exactitud al m\u00e9todo de saponificaci\u00f3n descrito por la a.O.A.C.  el colestanol y el coprostanol fueron determinados experimentalmente, en tolueno, lo que indica el potencial empleo del reactor bienzim\u00e1tico de cod y hrp en el an\u00e1lisis de contaminaci\u00f3n fecal de
