Este reordenamiento (pil\/rara) constituye una marca molecular espec\u00edfica de la lpa por lo que puede utilizarse al diagn\u00f3stico para descartar errores de clasificaci\u00f3n y en la detecci\u00f3n de enfermedad minima residual (emr).  en el nuevo protocolo de tratamiento de la lpa propuesto por el grupo espa\u00f1ol para el tratamiento de hemopatias malignas se ha incluido la detecci\u00f3n sistem\u00e1tica del reordenamiento pmlirarx en todos los pacientes; junto con un programa de control de calidad externo para valorar la equiValencia de los resultados proporcionados por los diferentes hospitales. En los resultados de la detecci\u00f3n de pmlirarx se ha observado que todos los ponentes con lpa presentan el reordenamiento, sin embargo \u00e9ste desaparece despu\u00e9s del tratamiento y en
