Se han realizado estudios en oncolog\u00eda que han puesto de manifiesto que la intensidad de la dosis de antineopl\u00e1sico suministrado es proporcional a la respuesta obtenida, lo que abre una nueva perspectiva en el tratamiento de esta enfermedad. Sin embargo, para optimizar las condiciones de administraci\u00f3n es necesario establecer par\u00e1metros farmacocin\u00e9ticos y tener en cuenta la variabilidad entre pacientes. Hasta el momento, a pesar del amplio uso de la ciclofosfamida en el tratamiento quimioter\u00e1pico del c\u00e1ncer de mama no se han realizado estudios acerca de su comportamiento farmac\u00e9utico y de sus metabolitos cuando se administra en altas dosis.
