Los cuales forman m\u00f3dulos que interaccionan entre s\u00ed para dar lugar a la formaci\u00f3n de estos precipitados. Dentro de estos m\u00f3dulos se han encontrado prote\u00ednas unidas tanto de manera independiente a cada uno de los polisac\u00e1ridos y a ambos a la vez.  posteriormente en la segunda parte del trabajo se realiz\u00f3 el seguimiento mediante un anticuerpo monoclonal, denominado 3a10 de la ruta de incorporaci\u00f3n, que sigue una prote\u00edna en su uni\u00f3n a la pared celular de manera covalente. Donde se encontr\u00f3 que el ant\u00edgeno reconocido por el anticuerpo era de naturaleza o-glicos\u00eddica. para su uni\u00f3n covalente a la pared parece ser necesaria la participaci\u00f3n de una segunda prote\u00edna de naturaleza n-glicos\u00eddica. Adem\u00e1s tambi\u00e9n se apreci\u00f3 que parece tener importancia tambi\u00e9n, la uni\u00f3n del ant\u00edgeno desde las primeras etapas de su s\u00edntesis a peque\u00f1as cadenas de
