Un programa de minimizaci\u00f3n de las funciones cuadr\u00e1ticas objetivo dise\u00f1ado con la intenci\u00f3n de disponer de un optimizador electr\u00f3nico no comercial y dirigido a usuarios cinetistas empe\u00f1ados en caracterizar el curso de la uni\u00f3n para diferentes sistemas reaccionantes, con rutas algor\u00edtmicas de rosenbrock, dfp, simulaciones de monte-carlo, etc. Todo ello, implementado en un men\u00fa que plasma una de las interfaces que configuran el programa opkine para windows.  la variable dependiente actividad (a) medida en cuentas por minuto (cpm), es cuantificada como se\u00f1al f\u00edsica radiactiva debida a los radion\u00faclidos de i125 que marcan uno de los componentes reactivos. Los dos modelos matem\u00e1ticos expuestos son no excluyentes y han sido aplicados independientemente a cada una de las reacciones de las sustancias citadas para el an\u00e1lisis inmunocin\u00e9tico de la informaci\u00f3n experimental (a,t). Los par\u00e1metros optimizados (te\u00f3ricos) de las ecuaciones ajustadas caracterizan con m\u00e1xima verosimilitud el comportamiento molecular. Adem\u00e1s realizamos el estudio de la influencia de la temperatura en la reacci\u00f3n mediante los an\u00e1lisis de arrhenius y eyring, calculando energ\u00edas (ea) y entalp\u00edas de activaci\u00f3n del orden de magnitud de la energ\u00eda de flujo viscoso o incluso del calor de vaporizaci\u00f3n del agua (comportamiento de guzman).  aplicamos un total de 10 criterios de
