Carmen <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En la presente tesis se demuestra que las ratas con hipertensi\u00f3n portal (hp) presentan una mayor resistencia al da\u00f1o g\u00e1strico inducido por agentes irritantes ex\u00f3genos como el etanol y la aspirina vs las ratas control. en esta citoprotecci\u00f3n est\u00e1 implicado el \u00f3xido n\u00edtrico, cuya procedencia no parece estar relacionada con un aumento de la expresi\u00f3n enzim\u00e1tica nosc y\/o nosi. Las prostaglandinas no desempe\u00f1an papel alguno en la citoprotecci\u00f3n g\u00e1strica observada, as\u00ed como tampoco parece estar asociada a una alteraci\u00f3n del vaciado g\u00e1strico. por otra parte, se observ\u00f3 que bajo este s\u00edndrome hipertensivo, se produce un mayor grado de hemorragia por \u00e1rea de lesi\u00f3n vs sus controles, probablemente por el incremento de la presi\u00f3n intramural que sufre la microcirculaci\u00f3n g\u00e1strica durante la hp cr\u00f3nica.  el perfil farmacol\u00f3gico presentado en la hp por el nuevo compuesto vasoconstrictor f-180, fue muy similar al de la vasopresina (vp, mol\u00e9cula progenitora), siendo ambos significativamente diferentes al de la terlipresina (tp) a nivel de la vena mesent\u00e9rica, lugar donde los tres f\u00e1rmacos ejercieron su mayor acci\u00f3n.
