El an\u00e1lisis cuantitativo se realiz\u00f3 con ayuda de una mol\u00e9cula mutante de rna (\u00abstandard htyr rna\u00bb) generada mediante transcripci\u00f3n in vitro de un fragmento de cdna del gen de la tirosinasa obtenido por rt-pcr y mutag\u00e9nesis dirigida. As\u00ed mismo, dicho \u00abstandard\u00bb result\u00f3 de utilidad en el control de posible contaminaci\u00f3n de las muestras de pcr. La aplicaci\u00f3n de esta t\u00e9cnica en la detecci\u00f3n de c\u00e9lulas circulantes de melanoma permite la identificaci\u00f3n de un grupo de pacientes con un elevado riesgo de progresi\u00f3n de su enfermedad desde estadios iniciales y se ha mostrado relacionada con un peor pron\u00f3stico de los pacientes pertenecientes a los estadios avanzados de la
