En el estudio morfol\u00f3gico con microscopio \u00f3ptico nos pareci\u00f3 observar procesos distr\u00f3ficos en la granulosa de los fol\u00edculos secundarios de los animales enfriados durante 21 d\u00edas, pero no result\u00f3 concluyente. El an\u00e1lisis de imagen, sin embargo, mostr\u00f3 una disminuci\u00f3n del volumen de los n\u00facleos de las c\u00e9lulas granulosas ya a los 14 d\u00edas de enfriado que aument\u00f3 a los 21 d\u00edas. y se mostr\u00f3 igual de resolutivo que el estudio a microscopio electr\u00f3nico, en el que comprobamos un aumento de la heterocromatina, disminuci\u00f3n del tama\u00f1o de los nucleolos y destrucci\u00f3n mitocondrial. Creemos de igual modo, que el estudio estad\u00edstico anidado, nos ha permitido una aproximaci\u00f3n bastante precisa al problema y que puede ser \u00fatil en futuros estudios porque permite
