Las condiciones \u00f3ptimas de transfecci\u00f3n, utilizando dos sistemas distintos de transfecci\u00f3n (dotap y pei) y un gen trazador (gfp). La caracterizaci\u00f3n del sistema de transferencia g\u00e9nica est\u00e1 basado en criterios farmacol\u00f3gicos sobre: curvas dosis-respuesta (afinidad, eficacia m\u00e1xima) y biodisponibilidad del gen.  2. El efecto antitumoral de la transfecci\u00f3n del gen estudiando comparativamente los resultados obtenidos en un modelo de transfecci\u00f3n intratumoral \u00abin vivo\u00bb (utilizando tratamientos con una, dos y cuatro dosis), frente a un modelo en el cual se han modificado las c\u00e9lulas gen\u00e9ticamente \u00abin vitro\u00bb, y se han reimplantado en los animales. Los resultados muestran: i) un retraso significativo en el crecimiento de tumores en ambas lineas, si bien este retraso es menor en la l\u00ednea 3ll ii) en los modelos utilizando clones modificados gen\u00e9ticamente observamos un aumento en la supervivencia de los animales en ambas l\u00edneas. En el modelo \u00abin vivo\u00bb tambi\u00e9n se obtiene un desplazamiento en la curva de supervivencia de la l\u00ednea b16, aunque m\u00e1s discreto que en el modelo
