En esta tesis se estudi\u00f3 el glutati\u00f3n, el estr\u00e9s oxidativo y la mitocondria en dos modelos de apoptosis. se encontr\u00f3 una asociaci\u00f3n entre la apoptosis y el estr\u00e9s oxidativo en estos dos modelos, y una oxidaci\u00f3n del glutati\u00f3n previa a la apoptosis. Adem\u00e1s, las mitocondrias procedentes de tejido apopt\u00f3tico sufr\u00edan un da\u00f1o oxidativo de su dna mitocondrial causado por especies reactivas del
