Se obtuvieron muestras de dna de tejido tumoral y constitucional (sangre perif\u00e9rica). Se amplificaron los fragmentos de los genes y marcadores polim\u00f3rficos que interesaba caracterizar mediante pcr. Se resolvieron en geles de poliacrilamida y tinci\u00f3n con nitrato de plata. Los resultados obtenidos apuntan hacia la existencia de un gen supresor de tumores en 17p, implicado principalmente en pnet, con una localizaci\u00f3n distal al marcador d17s5, probablemente subtelom\u00e9rica. La presencia de un isocromosoma 17q podr\u00eda ser un factor de mal pron\u00f3stico mientras que la p\u00e9rdida aislada de 17p podr\u00eda ser de buen pron\u00f3stico. las alteraciones del cromosoma 1 fueron frecuentes en los tumores neurobl\u00e1sticos, algunos casos presentaron una p\u00e9rdida de heterozigosidad en esta regi\u00f3n, alteraci\u00f3n que se asoci\u00f3 a un mal pron\u00f3stico, mientras que otros casos presentaron desequilibrio al\u00e9lico compatible con la duplicaci\u00f3n de este brazo cromos\u00f3mico. las mutaciones del gen tp53 son poco frecuentes en estos tumores. Las pocas mutaciones detectadas probablemente sean originadas por mecanismos end\u00f3genos de mutaci\u00f3n. se describe la presencia de un punto caliente de deleci\u00f3n entre los codones 235 y 244
