Dolores <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Candida albicans es un hongo capaz de provocar infecciones en el hombre conocidas como candidiasis. Cuando el sistema inmunol\u00f3gico del hospedador est\u00e1 comprometido, estas infecciones puede causar la muerte.  la incidencia de las candidiasis ha aumentado en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os como consecuencia de los tratamientos fuertemente inmunosupresivos, as\u00ed como por la proliferaci\u00f3n de enfermedades como el sida. Para profundizar en el estudio molecular de candida albicans, rastreamos dos genotecas de expresi\u00f3n de candida albicans con anticuerpos frente a dominios sh2 y sh3 de dos proteinas adaptadoras implicadas en la ruta de trasmisi\u00f3n de se\u00f1ales en eucariotas superiores. como fruto del escrutinio, clonamos y posteriormente caracterizamos los genes cafrs1 y cassm1. El producto del gen cafrs1 es semejante a la subunidad b de la sintetasa del trna de la fenilalanina (phers) de saccharomyces cerevisiae y no parece estar directamente relacionada con la transmisi\u00f3n, digo transici\u00f3n, dim\u00f3rfica del hongo. El producto del gen cassm1 es muy hom\u00f3logo (86,6%) a la prote\u00edna ribosomal ssm1 de s.Cerevisiae, componente estructural de la subunidad 60s de los ribosomas y su expresi\u00f3n sufre modificaciones en funci\u00f3n de las condiciones de cultivo (ph, temperatura) pero no puede asociarse una mayor expresi\u00f3n con una determinada morfolog\u00eda. anticuerpos frente a la prote\u00edna de s.
