Para ello se pone a punto un m\u00e9todo por clar en fase reversa con par i\u00f3nico y derivatizaci\u00f3n precolumna por pitc. La muestra se somete a hidr\u00f3lisis alcalina o \u00e1cida con y sin oxidaci\u00f3n perf\u00f3rmica.  los par\u00e1metros anal\u00edticos del m\u00e9todo indican su adecuaci\u00f3n para la determinaci\u00f3n del contenido de amino\u00e1cidos de las fl.  las fl de distintos tipos analizadas muestran un perfil amino\u00e1cido similar. Los contenidos m\u00e1s altos corresponden a leu y lys, el menor al trp.  los contenidos de amino\u00e1cidos de las fl son en su mayor\u00eda superiores a lo establecido por la legislaci\u00f3n de la u.E., Excepto para el trp. Igualmente las ingestas diarias de amino\u00e1cidos son, en general, superiores a los requerimientos (nrc).  se comprueba la existencia de interacciones entre el factor fabricante y el tipo de f\u00f3rmula. Se obtienen correlaciones significativas entre el porcentaje de di\u00e1lisis de hierro, cinc y cobre, con el contenido de ciste\u00edna, glicina, lisina, argninia y
