Victoria <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os se ha incrementado el inter\u00e9s por la s\u00edntesis de sesquiterpenos que presentan actividad biol\u00f3gica, como alternativa a las fuentes naturales para su obtenci\u00f3n. En este contexto se centra la presente tesis que tiene por objetivo la s\u00edntesis a partir de santonina (producto natural comercial) de guayan\u00f3lidas naturales que presentan un anillo de lactona en las posiciones 6,12 y 8,12 o bien guayanos naturales relacionados con una cadena isoprop\u00edlica en c-7.  los objetivos generales de esta tesis se han agrupado en cuatro bloques:  1.- S\u00edntesis de dihidromicheli\u00f3lida y compressan\u00f3lida, dos 6,12-guayan\u00f3lidas naturales hidroxiladas en el anillo a.  2- s\u00edntesis de tres 8,12-guayan\u00f3lidas naturales an\u00e1logas a las anteriores.  3.- S\u00edntesis de prodoandina y de la zedoalactona a, dos 8,12-guaya-7,11-en\u00f3lidas naturales.  4. &#8211; Finalmente se estudi\u00f3 la ruptura reductiva de gamma-enonalactonas con zn en medio \u00e1cido asistida por ultrasonidos como alternativa a m\u00e9todos conocidos y se aplic\u00f3 a la s\u00edntesis de dos guayanos naturales que presentaban una agrupaci\u00f3n tipo isopropilo en el carbono 7.  tambi\u00e9n se ha utilizado esta ruptura para la s\u00edntesis de una serie de guayanos relacionados con objeto de realizar ensayos de actividad biol\u00f3gico como inhibidores de la hormona juvenil locusta migratoria, un insecto que constituye una plaga en el norte de africa.#<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral \u00ab<strong>Sintesis de 6,12- y 8-12-guayanolidas y compuestos relacionados potencialmente activos frente a insectos.<\/strong>\u00ab<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>T\u00edtulo de la tesis:<\/strong>\u00a0 Sintesis de 6,12- y 8-12-guayanolidas y compuestos relacionados potencialmente activos frente a insectos. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Autor:<\/strong>\u00a0  Bargues Lopez M.
