Por medio de la interacci\u00f3n de coulomb, los electrones sufren una dispersi\u00f3n inel\u00e1stica y, como consecuencia, muestran las p\u00e9rdidas de energ\u00eda en unos valores concretos. Cuando se estimulan los electrones de Valencia de un nanomaterial, la composici\u00f3n de la muestra y la geometr\u00eda concreta fijan los modos de oscilaci\u00f3n de la densidad de carga que corresponden al sistema y, seg\u00fan el trayecto de los electrones atacantes, algunos de esos modos se convierten en est\u00edmulo.  en esta tesis, utilizando el formalismo diel\u00e9ctrico local, en un tratamiento no retrasado, se ha desarrollado una metodolog\u00eda sistem\u00e1tica para conseguir modos y est\u00edmulos correspondientes a la geometr\u00eda compleja que se encuentra frecuentemente en los experimentos. Entre estas estructuras complejas podemos mencionar las part\u00edculas semiesf\u00e9ricas, esquinas, cubos, cortes y uniones de algunos materiales.
