Las cin\u00e9ticas de hinchamiento se siguieron por gravimetr\u00eda y las de liberaci\u00f3n de los f\u00e1rmacos, utilizando la cromatograf\u00eda l\u00edquida de alta resoluci\u00f3n (hplc). El contenido de agua en el equilibrio disminuye a medida que se incrementan el porcentaje de metacrilato de n-alquilo y la cantidad de agente entrecruzante as\u00ed como cuando se disminuye el tama\u00f1o del sustituyente del metacrilato dentro del hidrogele. En general las cin\u00e9ticas de liberaci\u00f3n de drogas desde los hidrogeles en equilibrio termodin\u00e1mico de hinchamiento siguen la segunda ley de fick, lo que permiti\u00f3 obtener los coeficientes de difusi\u00f3n de las drogas, los cuales disminuyen cuando lo hace el grado de hinchamiento de equilibrio del hidrogel. La liberaci\u00f3n desde los hidrogeles inicialmente en esta v\u00edtreo siguiendo una cadena de difusi\u00f3n an\u00f3malo y son m\u00e1s lentas cuanto mayor es el porcentaje de metacrilato de n-alquilo y la cantidad de agente entrecruzante y cuando se incrementa el tama\u00f1o de sustituyente lateral de metacrilato n-alqu\u00edlico.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la
