Clara <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El principal fracaso de los tratamientos antineopl\u00e1sicos es la capacidad de unas pocas c\u00e9lulas tumorales de sobrevivir al tratamiento del tumor primario y permanecer en latencia durante periodos prolongados de tiempo. En el estado latente del tumor el sistema inmunitario (s. I.) juega un papel importante, bien inhibiendo o bien favoreciendo el crecimiento de la poblaci\u00f3n tumoral.  por ello, en este trabajo, nos planteamos el estudio del efecto de una respuesta inmunitaria en la proliferaci\u00f3n de la poblaci\u00f3n tumoral del melanoma b16f10 en estado latente.  para la realizacion de este trabajo, en primer lugar establecimos un m\u00e9todo para obtener la poblaci\u00f3n tumoral que tras su llegada a los sinusoides hep\u00e1ticos se mantienes sin proliferar. El estudio de la cin\u00e9tica de proliferaci\u00f3n de esta poblaci\u00f3n tumoral, as\u00ed como la de la poblaci\u00f3n sinusoidal hep\u00e1tica mostr\u00f3 que la inducci\u00f3n de la proliferaci\u00f3n de las c\u00e9lulas tumorales latentes retenidas en los sinusoides hep\u00e1ticos, puede atribuirse a la poblaci\u00f3n sinusoidal hep\u00e1tica o a la respuesta antitumoral producida por el s.I.  el an\u00e1lisis del efecto del sistema inmune sobre la latencia tumoral se realiz\u00f3 \u00abin vitro\u00bb utilizando una poblaci\u00f3n tumoral quiescente. Para ello, establecimos las condiciones necesarias para la obtenci\u00f3n de una poblaci\u00f3n tumoral quiescente mediante privaci\u00f3n de suero y posteriormente analizamos el efecto del sistema inmune sobre esta poblaci\u00f3n tumoral. Analizando el efecto directo c\u00e9lula-c\u00e9lula de las c\u00e9lulas de s.I. Sobre las c\u00e9lulas tumorales y el efecto de los factores liberados durante una respuesta inmunitaria.  asimismo, analizamos el efecto de la il-2, il-1beta e il-6 sobre la proliferaci\u00f3n de esta poblaci\u00f3n tumoral. Los resultados obtenidos demostraron que el s.I. Desempe\u00f1a un papel importante en la regulaci\u00f3n del estado latente de las c\u00e9lulas del melanoma b16f10.
