Para ello se han dise\u00f1ado y puesto a punto sendas plantas de combusti\u00f3n y pir\u00f3lisis, operando con serr\u00edn de madera de pinus insignis como materia prima b\u00e1sica.  para determinar las posibilidades de aplicaci\u00f3n (versatilidad, capacidad potencial de aprovechamiento energ\u00e9tico, problem\u00e1tica medioambiental de los gases) de la planta de combusti\u00f3n se ha determinado el mapa de operaci\u00f3n (combinaci\u00f3n de caudales de s\u00f3lido y de aire que dan lugar a una operaci\u00f3n estable) y las diferentes temperaturas alcanzables en los gases de combusti\u00f3n, as\u00ed como los perfiles de temperatura en el combustor y composici\u00f3n de los gases de combusti\u00f3n para diferentes valores de las condiciones de operaci\u00f3n.  se han estudiado las prestaciones de la planta de pir\u00f3lisis para el estudio cin\u00e9tico de las reacciones primarias de formaci\u00f3n de gases, l\u00edquidos y char. Este estudio se ha realizado en el intervalo entre 350 y 700 grados c. Previamente se ha hecho un an\u00e1lisis detallado de los resultados y de las posibilidades de las t\u00e9cnicas convencionales termogravim\u00e9tricas (hasta 350 grados c) y de un microrreactor de pir\u00f3lisis, cuyas prestaciones para el estudio cin\u00e9tico son las m\u00e1s adecuadas de entre los equipos utilizados en la bibliograf\u00eda y cuyas condiciones son similares a las de la planta.  se ha estudiado el efecto de la temperatura de pir\u00f3lisis sobre la composici\u00f3n de los productos gaseosos, l\u00edquidos y char, comparando los resultados con los de tecnolog\u00edas m\u00e1s desarrolladas y conocidas, particularmente con los resultados de lecho fluidizado. La caracterizaci\u00f3n de los componentes del producto l\u00edquido por gc-ms ha merecido especial atenci\u00f3n.  la posibilidad de la tecnolog\u00eda para operar con catalizador junto con la
