\u00abcomportamientos de los directivos de las empresas industriales en el valle del alto deba\u00bb analiza las culturas de las organizaciones industriales del valle, en base al estudio de cinco ambitos de todos sus directivos, gerentes y directores de cooperativas y sociedades an\u00f3nimas, como son sus caracter\u00edsticas biogrbaficas principales, los procesos de adquisici\u00f3n de experiencia profesional, sus valores individuales y colectivos, las relaciones extra-profesionales y de utilizaci\u00f3n del tiempo, y por \u00faltimo la cultura organizativa y el car\u00e1cter empresarial.  la metodolog\u00eda utilizada ha sido determinar el estado de la cuesti\u00f3n como soporte te\u00f3rico del trabajo, para estudiar posteriormente la evoluci\u00f3n industrial hist\u00f3rica del valle, seguir con el estudio cualitativo y cuantitativo de las 103 empresas industriales de mas de 20 trabajadores existentes al 31.12.97, la determinaci\u00f3n de los modelos de encuestas y entrevistas, la realizaci\u00f3n de las mismas personalmente a 292 directivos, que representan el 91,8% de la muestra total, el an\u00e1lisis de los resutlados, y por \u00faltimo la obtenci\u00f3n de las conclusiones.  los cap\u00edtulos de que se compone el trabajo de investigaci\u00f3n son los siguietnes: 1- introducci\u00f3n, 2- evoluci\u00f3n demogr\u00e1fica e industrial del valle del alto deba, 3- marco de anbalisis: empresas y directivos, 4- metodolog\u00eda, 5- an\u00e1lisis de resultaods, 6- variables biograficas, 7- variables de experiencia profesional, 9-
