La \u00abgesti\u00f3n por competencias\u00bb, la \u00abgesti\u00f3n por comportamientos\u00bb, la \u00abplanificaci\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica a nivel de recursos humanos\u00bb.  la estrategia propuesta por el modelo consiste en \u00abpromover un tipo de comportamientos, que fomenten el compromiso y propicien el desarrollo de competencias en cada una de las personas de la empresa, funcionando bajo una estructura de grupos, todo ello con objeto de alcanzar una din\u00e1mica de mejora continua, que les permita ser m\u00e1s competitivos d\u00eda a d\u00eda, entendiendo por \u00abcompetitividad\u00bb, no s\u00f3lo el logro de los objetivos a nivel econ\u00f3mico sino tambi\u00e9n a nivel de satisfacci\u00f3n de las personas, satisfacci\u00f3n de los clientes e impacto en
