Utilizando diversas t\u00e9cnicas experimentales, como son la espectrocop\u00eda de absorci\u00f3n, luminiscencia en r\u00e9gimen continuo, luminiscencia resuelta en tiempo, fluorescencia de estrechamiento de l\u00ednea resonante.. Se han caracterizado los diferentes sitios cristalogr\u00e1ficos ocupados por los iones nd3+ y eu3+ en bso puro y codopado con vanadio; utilizando estos datos experimentales, se ha procedido a la obtenci\u00f3n de los par\u00e1metros del campo cristalino para el caso del europio, pudiendo de esta forma obtener conclusiones sobre la naturaleza de los sitios particulares ocupados por el ion en el cristal.
