{"id":41337,"date":"1999-01-01T00:00:00","date_gmt":"1999-01-01T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/anclaje-de-flujo-y-corrientes-criticas-en-materiales-super-conductores-policristalinos\/"},"modified":"1999-01-01T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"1999-01-01T00:00:00","slug":"anclaje-de-flujo-y-corrientes-criticas-en-materiales-super-conductores-policristalinos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/fisica\/anclaje-de-flujo-y-corrientes-criticas-en-materiales-super-conductores-policristalinos\/","title":{"rendered":"Anclaje de flujo y corrientes criticas en materiales super conductores policristalinos."},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong>  Mora Alfonso Mario Juan <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Esta tesis completa el desarrollo y la aplicaci\u00f3n de la teor\u00eda de anclaje de flujo para describir las propiedades magn\u00e9ticas y de transporte el\u00e9ctrico en dos materiales superconductores: l\u00e1minas gruesas de ybco-1238 obtenidas por el m\u00e9todo de spray-pir\u00f3lisis y barras texturadas de bi-2212, crecidas con la t\u00e9cnica galvanomagn\u00e9ticas de l\u00e1minas gruesas de ybco-123 irradiadas con rayos y del co elevado 60. los cambios observados en la resistividad del estado normal, la temperatura cr\u00edtica tc, y la densidad de corriente cr\u00edtica jc(77 k), as\u00ed como del incremento de la energ\u00eda de anclaje uo, durante el proceso de irradiaci\u00f3n, evidencian un mecanismo de anclaje dominante por los defectos aleatorios de ox\u00edgeno inducidos por la radiaci\u00f3n y. Este fortalecimiento del anclaje de flujo ha sido descrito utilizando la teor\u00eda de anclaje colectivo d\u00e9bil en el l\u00edmite del v\u00f3rtice aislado, con la ayuda del cual se estim\u00f3 uo y la jc intragranular. Adem\u00e1s, se demostr\u00f3 que el mecanismo de anclaje dominante es por fluctuaciones espaciales de tc.  en el caso de las barras texturadas de bi-2212, se realiza un estudio de la evoluci\u00f3n con el tiempo de recibido de la microestructura, tc,ic (77 k) y las propiedades de anclaje. Se determin\u00f3 que en muestras bien texturadas estas propiedades mejoran durante un tiempo \u00f3ptimo de recocido de aproximado 60h, satur\u00e1ndose en tiempos prolongados.  tambi\u00e9n se presentan las propiedades de transporte el\u00e9ctrico de barras texturadas de bi 2212 entre 65 y 77 k. En los an\u00e1lisis de estos datos se consider\u00f3 que, en ausencia de campo externo, las corrientes est\u00e1n limitadas por el autocampo siendo el mecanismo de disipaci\u00f3n el de deriva de flujo. Adem\u00e1s, se tuvo en cuenta el mecanismo de anclaje magn\u00e9tico por fronteras de grano de gran extensi\u00f3n y alta jc.
