La composici\u00f3n de los lingotes se verific\u00f3 por espectroscop\u00eda at\u00f3mica de emisi\u00f3n llevada a cabo sobre muestras disueltas en \u00e1cido n\u00edtrico. El an\u00e1lisis de la difracci\u00f3n de rayos x (xrd) en polvo mostr\u00f3 la presencia de la estructura tetragonal de la calcopirita a temperatura ambiente. Los par\u00e1metros de red a, c y c\/a, la coordenada fraccional del ani\u00f3n x, las longitudes de enlace y todos los par\u00e1metros que definen el perfil de difracci\u00f3n fueron obtenidos para cada composici\u00f3n por refinamiento rietveld de la estructura. Las temperaturas de equilibrio entre fases se obtuvieron de medidas de an\u00e1lisis t\u00e9rmico diferencial (dta) y se contruy\u00f3 la secci\u00f3n vertical t(x) de cada sistema de aleaciones. Los calores de transformaci\u00f3n. Medidas elipsom\u00e9tricas y de transmitancia permitieron determinar las partes real e imaginaria del \u00edndice de refracci\u00f3n complejo n(hv), las partes real e imaginaria de la funci\u00f3n diel\u00e9ctrica compleja e(hv), el coeficiente de absorci\u00f3n x(hv) y la relectividad r(hv). El valor del gap de energ\u00eda eg para cada composici\u00f3n se obtuvo a partir de la gr\u00e1fica de (xhv)2vs. Hv para un semiconductor de gap directo y, alternativamente, ajustando a curvas anal\u00edticas con puntos cr\u00edticos el espectro de la segunda derivada d2e(hv)\/ d(hv)2 obtenido num\u00e9ricamente de los datos experimentales e(hv). Los valores de la constante diel\u00e9ctrica de alta frecuencia e  para cada composici\u00f3n se determinaron ajustando el \u00edndice de refracci\u00f3n real n con la formula de dispersi\u00f3n de
